Omakase (o-makase) is Japanese phrase means ‘to entrust'. In a sushi restaurant, the diner will entrust the meal selection to the chef who will ensure good quality and presentation of the meal. Sushi Kaishin is one such place.

 

Located at Robertson Quay, Sushi Kaishin is often frequent by Japanese and locals who are seeking Omakase experience. The Sushi restaurant is relatively small yet prestige and has a private room for 6 pax.

Matsu Course ($200 per pax)

Take Course ($150 per pax)

3 kinds of Appetizer, Sashimi, Assorted Sashimi, Egg custard, Grilled fish and Assorted sushi.

 

Ume Course ($100 per pax)

3 kinds of Appetizer, Sashimi, Assorted Sashimi, Grilled fish and Assorted sushi.

 

We are not showing any meal photos references as the Chefs often give Omakase meal surprises.
