Signature dishes of issho izakaya

At the 2127 square feet issho izakaya @ Sports Hub, Master Chef Takayuki Fukushima presents an extensive menu of Japanese dishes infused with western inspirations has puts a contemporary spin on the concept of izakayas in Singapore. Chef Takayuki Fukushima, who is specialising in French and Japanese cuisine, utilises only the freshest ingredients and has crafted issho izakaya’s tantalising menu from scratch.

 

One signature dish is the issho Chanko (above): a hot pot with an assortment of vegetables, U.S. beef, pork, homemade chicken meatballs, cod fillets, salmon fillets, and prawns. This Sumo pot comes with two different serving sizes for 4 and 8 persons (S$88.00 and S$168.00 respectively).

 

Other signature dishes include:

 

Buta Kakuni (S$12.50)

 

Cold Tomato (S$9.00). Prepared with homemade tomato puree sauce and basil dressing

 

Tomato Buta Maki kushiyaki (S$7.00/2 skewers)

The dish consists of thinly sliced, char grilled pork belly slices wrapped around plump cherry tomatoes

Matcha Parfait is beautifully stacked with juicy goodness of fresh fruits and green tea ice cream, cake & warabi mochi. And issho izakaya’s signature cocktail, Issho Champion, is a combination of shochu and sake mix deliciously with the citrusy lime and aromatic passionfruit.
