UNIQLO LifeWear Fall/Winter 2014

Thursday, 07 August 2014

UNIQLO LifeWear Fall/Winter was first introduced in 2013 and the LifeWear concept reflects UNIQLO’s aim to offer well-designed, high-quality, and functional apparel. LifeWear is a completely new category of fashion that blurs the line between sportswear and casual clothing. For this season, several new items have been added - from outerwear to innerwear - that offers the best of both types of material.

The Fall/Winter 2014 collection will be introduced progressively from August 2014 at all UNIQLO stores islandwide.

Collection: HEATTECH

HEATTECH is made from an ultrafine fiber material jointly developed with Toray Industries

The collection is suitable for a wide variety of uses for any season, either as a middle or outer layer.

Collection: FLEECE

A new high-tech fleece material that uses mineral-infused heat storage thread that provides around 1.5 degrees Celsius more warmth than previous products, resulting in enhanced warmth as well as lightness.

The ultrafine fibers of these 100% wool knits provide a silky smooth feel with a lustrous appearance. For this season, a major modification has been made to the material that makes it machine-washable and resistant to pilling.

Collection: CASHMERE

Cashmere ranks alongside Extra Fine Merino as one of UNIQLO’s core items. The high quality of the cashmere material allows it to be worn even on bare skin. The silhouette has also been revised for a more casual look.

Collection: SWEAT

This season, UNIQLO is focusing on sweats as items for both fashion and comfort.

Collection: DENIM

UNIQLO updates its Denim line each season. For LifeWear Fall/Winter 2014, UNIQLO has enhanced the comfort of Denim with a more stretchable material and softer fit.

This is the second season for Smart Style Pants, created from customers’ desire to wear UNIQLO at the office.

Collection: TOPICS!

The TOPICS! for this season is a collection of Ultra Light Down, shirts, skirts, pants, and other core items in traditional and authentic check patterns.

This will be the second season for the collaboration with Ines de la Fressange, the epitome of Parisian chic; and presenting two lines, “Petite Parisienne” with playful articles to enjoy every day, and “Note Parisienne” with the black tones essential to French fashion.

Collection: UT

This season will be the second collection from Creative Director NIGO, with a focus on various sweatshirts featuring improved materials and designs.
