Green tea-inspired cocktails: Japanese Ruby, Scottish Geisha, Irish Lover

Designing your own mixologist cocktails isn't hard. Creating a cocktail using green tea may sound interesting but not simple. At the recent Oishii Japan 2014 press conference, KURO Restaurant & Bar’s mixologist, Riot, took Japanese green tea to a whole new level by creating 3 green tea-inspired cocktails, Japanese Ruby, Scottish Geisha and Irish Lover, for his guests.

KURO Restaurant & Bar is located at 3C River Valley Road, Clarke Quay, The Cannery, #01-11.
