The most grand costume parade in Japan is perhap the La Cittadella's Kawasaki Halloween Parade in Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture. Since 1997, the annual Halloween parade, stretched 1.5 kilometers, has been attracting more than 2000 participants each year.

 

The 2014 edition will be held on this Sunday, 26 October, and expected to attract 2,500 participants who will be paying a participating fee of ¥ 1,000 (approximate SGD 12) each.
