Captured! Moments in Japan

'Captured ! Moments in Japan' by Gail Pantin is a display of sketches and paintings with all the sketches created using a Japanese brush pen. The exhibition will be held at Japan Creative Centre (JCC) from 27th November to 4th December 2014, features over 30 of Gail’s exquisite sketches from her visits to Japan over the years which will mesmerize viewers with their intricacy and detailed nature.


Gail Pantin was born and raised on the island of Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean, and as a young child, her passion for art and drawing was inspired by both the Caribbean and Asian. Gail currently paints full-time and teaches part-time at Republic Polytechnic (Singapore) as well as continues her frequent travels in Asia and Japan.

Date: 27th November to 4th December 2014

Time: 10am to 6pm (Closed on Sunday & Monday)
