Only at Kensai Kitchen, diners get to try out Masumi sake per shot glass at $6.90 or 3 glasses promotion at $16.00. ‘Kensai’ in Japanese is represented by two characters 健菜 which means Healthy for the first character and Vegetable for the second. The restaurant which opened in early 2014 is the first brand of the original restaurant outside of Japan and it offers healthy food with premium ingredients and sake such as Masumi.

The available ranges of Masumi sake are Masumi Karakuchi Ki-Ippon and Karakuchi Gold. Karakuchi Ki-Ippon is one of the pillars of the Masumi brand as a light, fragrant Junmai Ginjo while Karakuchi Gold is clean, with a light taste and mild aroma, which is a perfect accompaniment to light, delicate cuisine.

Kensai Kitchen offers Main Course from extensive menu of premium Fish, Meat, Rice-bowl and Tempura dishes and a choice to an array of side dishes buffet. Additional a-la-carte side dishes like Salmon Sashimi, Edamame, Chawanmushi and others may be added to your main course or buffet.
