According to 2014 ranking by world's largest travelers' review site, Trip Advisor, The Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center in the Asakusa district of Taito ward, is among the BEST FREE tourist spot in Tokyo. The Center is easily accessible by train and within 5 minute walking distance from the Asakusa station.

 

Located across the Kaminarimon Gate of Sensoji Temple, the viewing terrace is on the eighth floor of the Tourist Information center and is popular among visiting tourists with its good view of Tokyo Skytree and the popular Nakamise shopping street. Most importantly, it is FREE of charge!
