A Live Bluefin Tuna クロマグロ cutting show was presented last Friday at En Japanese Dining Bar @ Alocassia. Chef Ganeko Yutsuki specially flew in from Okinawa to showcase his cutting skills as well as to explain about the special parts of the 80 kg Bluefin Tuna such as Chutoro (the belly area of the tuna), Toro (fatty part of the tuna found in the belly) and Akami (the leaner meat from the sides of the tuna).

 

From 19 December 2014, diners are able to enjoy 30% off Bluefin Tuna dishes such as Maguro sushi at $6.80 (U.P. $9.80), Toro Maguro sushi at $13.80 ($19.80), Maguro sashimi $13.10 ($18.80) and Toro Maguro sashimi $33.60 ($48.00).
