Season of Hamachi @ Nadaman

 

Hamachi ハマチ, commonly known as the Japanese amberjack or yellowtail, is delicate fish raised specifically for sushi and sashimi in Japan and is rich in in Omega-3 fat. The Hamachi coming to you is one of the seasonal highlights in Nadaman Japanese restaurant this January.

 

Prices start from S$24++ and promotion vaild until 31 January 2015, this season of Hamachi are prepared in a variety of ways including sashimi, sushi, deep-fried and grilled.
