Lewin Terrace is a Japanese-French fusion restaurant specializing in both Japanese and French culinary techniques and a produce-driven approach. Located at Fort Canning, the restaurant is imbued with Japanese entertaining, hospitality savoir-faire and offers exquisite dining experience.


In collaboration with Spoonful.sg, Chef Ryoichi Kano from Lewin Terrace will be conducting a Japanese-French 3-course hand-on cooking experience with Fresh fish carpaccio (with marinated spring vegetable and Anchovy) as Appetizer; Chicken Roast (with the sauce of Anchovy, garlic and Ponzu oil sauce) as Main course and Vanilla Crème Brûlée toped with marinated strawberry for dessert.
