Jacob's Creek WAH and Tatsu Sushi booth at Chijmes’ Hanami Garden event last weekend

 

Discover the new innovative wine from Jacob's Creek! WAH (わ) is specifically designed to complement Japanese cuisine ranging from sushi and sashimi to yakitori and Wagyu beef. The WAH White 2013 (13.0% alc/vol) is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc while WAH Red 2013 (14.5% alc/vol)  is a blend of Grenache, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese and Mataro.

 

The WAH White and WAH Red were co-created by winemakers from Jacob's Creek together with two renowned Japanese chefs - Toru Hashimoto (for WAH Red) and Mamoru Sugiyama (for WAH White) who is the leading fourth generation Japanese sushi chef and owner of Michelin-star sushi restaurant Ginza Sushi Kou in Tokyo's fashionable Ginza district.

 

In Singapore, WAH remains an exclusive for Japanese restaurants only.

Tatsu @ Chijmes is located at 30 Victoria Street #01-08 Singapore 187996 and is open from Monday to Sunday.

Lunch from 12 noon to 2.30pm and Dinner from 6.00pm to 10.30pm.
