Hanamiyama Park 花見山公園 has grown to be one of the Japan's popular Cherry Blossom (Hanami) viewing spot which is located outside central Fukushima city. Every year during this period, thousands of holiday markers will visit this Hanamiyama to admire different flowers in full bloom.

The park was previously privately-owned and the owner had turned into a public park in 1959 to allow visitors to enjoy the trees and flowers. As of 2010, Hanamiyama Park has attracted over 330,000 visitors since its opening. Meantime, enjoy this Cherry Blossom video @ Hanamiyama Park or click here.
