Gourmet Japan returns with its biggest line-up of events

Gourmet Japan returns once more with 22 activities over 6 weeks and featuring the original Iron Chefs from Japan. The fourth edition of Gourmet Japan aims to celebrate and showcase the cuisine, culinary talents and produce of Japan through a month-long programme of activities and promotions from 21 April to 31 May 2015.


For the first time, Gourmet Japan will feature three international Guest Chefs - Hal Yamashita from Syun; Iron Chef Chen Kenichi from Shisen Hanten and Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai from ME@OUE. Another 18 top Japanese Chefs in Singapore who will wow diners with an exquisite dining experience. These include an authentic Kaiseki dinner at Yoshiyuki by an award-winning Japanese chef, Tomi No Oka presents The Craft of Japanese Wine Dinner and a first ever brunch paired with fine sakes at the French-Japanese restaurant Lewin Terrace.
