Known for their sweetness and sweet fruity flavor, these Kumamoto Oysters クマモトオイスターは, also known as Crassostrea Sikamea, were originated in Kumamoto Bay, in Kumamoto Prefecture, on the southern Japanese island of Kyushu.

 

Since many years, these Japanese natives have been cultivated and grown in Pacific Ocean and they have been growing in popularity especially in Europe and USA and have also become a luxury oyster top class cuisines in many Oyster bars.

 

Over in Singapore, diners can enjoy Kumamoto Oysters at the newly refurbished db Bistro & Oyster Bar @ Marina Bay Sands where Celebrity chef Daniel Boulud ups the ante with new oyster bar and seafood offerings including freshly shucked oysters from the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, Boston Lobster and Alaskan King Crab.

 

The French cuisine restaurant is located at B1-48, Galleria Level, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.
