The traditional cuisine from Obihiro, a city in Tokachi Sub-prefectureof Hokkaido Prefecture in Japan, is here in Liang Court. Butadon which literally translated as pork rice in English is a Japanese dish consisting of a bowl of rice topped with pork simmered in sweet sauce.

 

Butadon is renowned as the signature dish from the Obihiro city is prepared with best-selected tender and juicy pork, grilled with traditional technique and served with BUTAHAGE's secret-recipe sauce inherited for over 80 years.

 

The 3 key secrets of Butadon's success lie with the Tare (sauce) which is produced in-house in Hokkaido and play the most important part of the dish; Yumepirica Hokkaido rice that has a good amount of stickiness and sweet taste and  grilling of pork at 850 degree Celsius.
