Chef Arako and her Macaron Making Class

Macaron are delicious light, mini meringues French dessert, involving a series of sophisticated techniques that take time and practice to perfect. On June 6, Candylicious brings you a two-hour class to the secret of making the sweet pastry and step-by-steps instruction making sure everyone will find joy and simplicity preparing them.


Conducted by Singapore-Based Japanese lifestyle blogger, Chef Arako is known for her creativity as a pastry instructor in the Japanese community. Join her at Candiylicious where she share tips in the Hands-on Macaron Making class:


1. Introduction of ingredients;

2. Create the perfect macaron batter
3. Learn correct folding and piping techniques;
4. Demonstrations of fillings;
5. Putting the fillings and decorating the Macarons.
