Learn なま Nama Chocolate with Chef Yamashita

Attention chocolate lovers, this is your opportunity to learn the making of famous Nama Chocolate with Chef Yamashita in June. なま ‘Nama’ literally means raw or fresh in Japanese is referring to the use of fresh cream as one of the key ingredient. Together with premium rich and smooth chocolate from Candylicious, the class will be filled with a whole new chocolate experience. 


Trained in Tsuji Culinary Institute in Osaka, Chef Yamashita Masataka had been working at various patisseries around Japan before starting his own Patisserie in Nara, the capital city of Nara Prefecture located in the Kansai region of Japan. In Singapore, he takes charge of the kitchen at Glace & Flor Patisserie.

Time: 3.00pm to 5.00pm

Fee: $85 per adult (kids get to enjoy free with each paying adult)
