The Providore: Bread Master Class

The Providore presents 4 days of Baker Murata's Baking Series this July with Chef Atsushi Murata in both English and Japanese classes. With 20 years of baking experience, Chef Murata is regarded as one of Singapore's premier artisanal barker.


During the 3 hours class, participants can experience hand-on making of European-style breads and pastries that can be made at home with the correct ingredients and baking techniques. Due to limited capacity, each class is only able to accommodate maximum 8 participants.




Menu: 3 type of Forcaccia ( Potato Foccacia, Rosemary Foccacia & Sun-dried Tomato & Olive )

When: July 7 - 10, 2015 (10.00am - 1.00pm / 2.00pm - 5.00pm)

Duration: 3 hours
