Be greeted by robotic dinosaur and service staff when you step into the lobby of Henn-na Hotel in Japan! Located in Sasebo city of Nagasaki Prefecture, Henn-na hotel which mean ‘Strange hotel’ has recently opened and is part of the Smart Hotel Project launched by Huis Ten Bosch.


With aims to realize an entirely new low cost hotel (LCH), Henn-na Hotel provides a comfortable stay and world-class productivity. The implementation of automation and service robots also aimed to reduce labor costs.

The ever-changing hotel comes with 144 rooms that provide a pleasant and comfortable hotel to stay in, at a more reasonable price. While equipping modern "smart facilities" that is also friendly to the environment, Henn-na Hotel hopes to bring "fun" that will encourage people to visit, and also wish to create lasting memories.
