With Kuishin Bo returns to Suntec City, diners can now enjoy over 20 seasonal items to indulge in; on top of the already extensive range of quality seafood, sashimi, sushi, paper hotpots, grilled and fried foods, and desserts that Kuishin Bo is well-loved for.

 

From now till September 27, diners can also expect mouth-watering delicacies from Kyushu and Okinawa. Each delicacy is accompanied by an educational card elaborating on the history and inspiration behind it. Let's take a look at some of the highlights:

Miyazaki is famous for breeding a special breed of free-range chicken. The meat of these chickens is juicy and has a springy texture with a low fat-to-flesh ratio. It is prized for the use of natural feeds and raised in a natural and clean environment.

Made with the famous Okinawa black sugar, the pork belly is usually stewed for many hours for it to achieve a soft tender texture that melts in your mouth.

Dinner: 5.30-10pm (last round 9.30 pm)

Mon – Thu: $54.90++ per adult, $18.90++ per child

Fri, Sat, Sun, PH Eve & PH: $58.90++ per adult, $18.90++ per child

 

Family Affair (2 Adults + 1 Child): 11.30am-3pm

Sat & Sun:  $84++ (2nd Child @ $12.00++)
