Savour Asahi Super Dry’s taste without the aftertaste with Japanese beer pairing dinner menu

August will see the newly opened Boruto, which means vault in Japanese, presenting a four course menu at $75++; part of a series of exclusive collaborative menus presented by Asahi Super Dry. Curated by chef-owner Peter Tan, the menu at Boruto focuses on scrumptious fried items that will have you reaching for the clean and refreshing beer as a natural accompaniment.

THE MENU

 

Tori Kawa Cheese Salada

Fried chicken skin & cheese salad with mustard dressing

 

Agemono Moriawase

Deep-fried Hokkaido scallops wrapped in Bacon

Deep-fried boneless chicken wing stuffed with minced pork and vegetables

Deep-fried squid tentacles with salted egg white tartare sauce

Deep-fried tom yum marinated pork belly

 

Special Tempura Rice Bowl

With seaweed, shiso leaf and chilli powder
