Located at the corner of central business district, Lorong Telok, CHŌ OMAKASE is a new 30-seater casual omakase dining restaurant. After six years of heading Bushido, a 1500-capacity multi-award winning Japanese restaurant in Bahrain, Chef Chong returned to Singapore to open the restaurant.


Helmed with years of experience serving world leaders, celebrities and other high-profile VIP guests, CHŌ OMAKASE is a concept dedicated to these old friendships and the new relationships which Chef Chong hopes to nurture with his new guests.


CHŌ is the Japanese equivalent of Chong, named after his surname, Chef Chong

Set Lunch is available from $18.80++ per person while Omakase dining begins at $50++ for Chō Omakase course, $80++ (Chō Signature Omakase course) and $120++ (Chef’s Signature Omakase course). The highlights of Chef’s Signature Omakase course include 3 types of Appetizers, 8 types of Premium Sashimi, 3 Small mains, 7 types of Premium Sushi.


Chō Omakase is located at 14 Lorong Telok, Singapore 049027 and open from Monday to Saturday from 12.00pm to 3.00pm (Lunch) and 6.00pm to 10.00pm (Dinner).
