As the region's finest food purveyors, award-winning restaurants and wine experts get ready to give guests an unforgettable culinary experience, the 3 day Epicurean Market at Marina Bay Sands ended yesterday offering more than 60 leading brands and over 35 masterclasses from 14-16 August.

 

Among the participating F&B are Waku Ghin by Chef Tetsuya Wakuda and Hide Yamamoto. Favourites at Waku Ghin include the Marinated Botan Shrimp with sea urchin and oscietra caviar, Grilled Rolled Ohmi Beef with fresh wasabi, Japanese musk melon from Shizuoka Prefecture and 12 exquisitely delicate pastries.
