Basic ways to drink Choya

Umeshu is a liqueur designed to be enjoyed casually, and it can be drunk in a variety of ways. Here, we introduce four few basic ideas for how to enjoy CHOYA based on their recommendation. Don’t forget, Umeshu can always be enhanced by the addition of an ume!

 

Cocktail recipes: CHOYA Mojito

Ingredients: 45ml CHOYA, 2 tea spoon of brown sugar, 8 mint leaves, 2 lime wedges and soda water. Muddle the brown sugar, mint leaves, and lime wedges together in a tumbler, add the CHOYA and a dash of soda. Click here to watch the video.

Cocktail recipes: CHOYA Gin

Ingredients: 7 parts CHOYA and 4.5cl of Gin

Mix the CHOYA and gin in a martini glass, serving over crushed ice if desired. Click here to watch the video.

Cocktail recipes: CHOYA Kamikaze

Ingredients:  15ml CHOYA, 30ml vodka and 15ml lime juice

Pour the CHOYA, vodka, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker, and fill with ice cubes Shake well then strain into a martini glass. Click here to watch the video.

Cocktail recipes: CHOYA Sunrize

Ingredients: 30ml CHOYA Shiso, 15ml amaretto, 10ml orange curaçao and 45ml pineapple juice

Place a few ice cubes in a collins glass and add the CHOYA Shiso. Add the amaretto and orange curaçao, and slowly pour the pineapple juice over the ice cubes. Click here to watch the video.
