Kinki fish is commonly known as kichiji or キンキ in Japanese, is a seasonal rockfish and one of Hokkaido's super premium specialties. According to the recipe flyers of Singapore’s first integrated Japanese Emporium, Emporium Shokuhin, below is the cooking tip you can try making your own salt-grilled Kinki fish dish.

Ingredients:

(1) Kinki Fish;
(2) Sea Salt

Method:

(1) Clean the fish and lightly sprinkle sea salt;
(2) Grill the fish for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, or until cooked through;
(3) Serve with grated daikon (radish), a little soy sauce, lemon wedges and ginger.

Emporium Shokuhin is located at 6 Raffles Boulevard #01-18 Marina Square Singapore 039594.
