Founded in 1645 in central Kyoto, SHOUTOKU Company produces sophisticated handmade sake brewed according to the Japanese traditional method called "Junmai-Ginjo" that are made from 100% Japanese rice, pure water and Japanese traditional method of brewing.

 

One highlight is their offering of premium sake bottled in stylish way that representing the taste of Japan's four seasons. The designs were created by sake brew master, Maho Otsuka, and primarily targets young women to enjoy the gentle aroma and taste of the rice flavor from his Japanese sake.

Alcohol: 12% - 14% (depending on seasonal range)

Amino acid level: 1.4

Polishing ratio: 60%

 

 

In celebrating of arrival of New Year 2016, Shoutoku Company had recently launched the limited edition zodiac "monkey" bottles.
