Chef Mako Smith from Spoonful


Calling all Japanese food lovers! Three hands-on cooking classes will be held this February where you get to learn traditional Japanese cuisines from Chef Mako Smith who is based in Singapore and from Spoonful – Singapore’s first mobile cooking studio.


Chef Mako who used to work as a food educator for kids and was a cooking instructor at major cooking studio in Japan will be teaching participants to cook daily Japanese cuisines such as Sald with Goma (Sesame) dressing, Tofu & Chicken hamburger, Tamago (Egg) soup, Kinoko Takikomi rice (Mushroom rice) and Match (Green Tea) pudding.



Date: Thursday 18 February (11.00am to 1.00pm) and (7.00pm to 9.00pm)

Date: Saturday 27 February (2.30pm to 4.30pm)

Price: $99.00 per pax
