Narita Airport makes your shopping spree in Tokyo a hassle-free experience. Downtown Duty-free store purchased item Pick-up Counters were officially opened yesterday in 3 terminals at Narita International Airport.


In this new service, passengers who have purchased goods at the newly opening airport-style downtown duty-free store "Japan Duty Free GINZA" at the Ginza Mitsukoshi and departing from Narita Airport on international flights can pick up their items. This new service will enable all people both foreigners visiting Japan and residents in Japan (Japanese and foreign) to enjoy unhurried duty-free shopping prior to their departure from Japan.

Terminals: 1, 2 and 3

Location: In area after passport control of each terminal
