Marina Bay Sands launches new masterclass series, Craft to Taste, A Culinary and Mixology Series, which will be held on Saturdays starting this March, offers an intimate and personal experience where Executive Chefs and Head Bartenders of celebrity chef restaurants reveal their secrets and techniques for participants to master their dishes or cocktails at home.


Highlights of the masterclass series include Chef David Myers from California izakaya restaurant Adrif making Japanese-inspired small bites such as gyoza 餃子 and Hamachi shabu shabu しゃぶしゃぶ as he guides you through the use of Japanese ingredients and cooking techniques. Tsumami: Japanese -inspired Bites by Chef David Myers is priced at S$111 per pax.

At The Bar at Waku Ghin, head bartender, Kazuhiro Chii, will be creating perfectly balanced classics such as the Martini, Sidecar and Gin & Tonic, the Japanese way, in this masterclass for only eight participants. Shin-Gi-Tai: Techniques of Japanese Bartending by Head Bartender Kazuhiro Chii is priced at S$89 per pax.
