Learn Tonkatsu とんかつ with Spoonful

Supported by Japan Pork Producers Association, Singapore first mobile cooking studio, SPOONFUL.SG, will be hosting a Japanese Pork 3-course cooking class at Culinary On this March.


At the 2-hour class, participants get to learn cooking tips from Japanese Chef Mako to make Tonkatsu (deep-fried pork cutlet) in Japanese way and to participate in 2 hands-on experience for Yasai Nikumaki (vegetables wrapped in thinly sliced meat) and Soboro Don (sautéed Pork Minced Meat on Rice).
