Over the last several years, Japanese food has become popular internationally. In particular, Japanese food itself definitely provides an outstanding nutritional values balance and this draw the attention to the Japanese ingredients behind the scene.

 

Japanese pork is an ingredient that provides outstanding quality and taste that Japan can take pride in. Its juicy taste and great texture are some of the reasons why Japanese food is delicious. Japanese pork are special, varied by regions due to its producers being knowledgeable with different feeds, breeds and regional specialties.

 

Organised by Japan Livestock Products Export Promotion Council, Oishii J-Pork Fair are currently held till 13 March 2016 at participating restaurants like Watami Singapore, Tonkatsu by Ma Maison, On-Yasai, Imaktsu, Hokkaido Izakaya and Enbu Japanese Grill Izakaya; limited meals per day and whilst stocks last.

 

Enjoy the taste of flavourful Japanese pork.
