Directed by Masaki Kobayashi, the 102 minute documentary was created after a devastating earthquake which occurred on 11th March 2011 in Japan including Iwaki city. The city is the home to the 'Hula Girls' dance troupe of a beautiful hotel resort 'Spa Resorts Hawaiians', located close to Fukushima Nuclear Power Plants.
